CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an experienced Fabric Engineer to join the team located in Glasgow!
The Role:
- Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
- Repairs floor & wall coverings.
- Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
- Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU’s / FCU’s and Basic Plumbing requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Overtime available!
Experience Required:
- Experience of working in high profile work environment.
- Previous fabric experience advantageous.
- PC literate.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
