Key Responsibilities

  • P&L reviews & cost management
  • Fee forecasting, revenue & accrual management
  • Budget & Forecast preparation
  • Oversee disbursements processes
  • Managing finances for Turnkey
  • Line managing finance administrators
  • Labour allocations & salary sheet reviews
  • Ad-hoc projects as necessary
  • Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships with stakeholders and client's team
  • Manage and initiate change driving, and driven by, growth
  • Build and develop high level relationships across the regions
  • Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility
  • Represent the business

Person Specification

  • Presentable, personable and confident individual who can easily liaise with senior management
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Technical accounting, system & excel skills plus fee forecasting background preferred
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as required by the nature of the role
  • Ideally, but not essential, a part-qualified accountant
  • Track record of achieving results through others, desirable
  • Proven commercial acumen and ability to contribute to decision-making
  • Very strong communication skills

Qualifications

  • Higher educational qualifications to 'A' level or degree (or equivalent), desirable
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
