What You'll Do:

  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: You'll be responsible for planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance, making sure everything works as it should.
  • Manage Sub-contractors: Oversee specialist contractors and ensure their work meets our high standards.
  • Safety First: Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Fix and Maintain: Repair and maintain M&E systems including electrical, HVAC, fire systems, building fabric and more.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies effectively within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Be Proactive: Identify ways to improve our services and exceed client expectations.

  • Qualifications: Relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3), 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • Experience: Electrical and mechanical experience.
