Technical Supervisor (Mobile)
Midlands & South of England | Mobile Role | Full Time
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Mobile Technical Supervisor to support a portfolio of sites across the Midlands and South of England.
You'll lead engineering teams, oversee maintenance activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction across multiple locations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising engineers and subcontractors across a regional portfolio
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Ensuring health & safety and statutory compliance
- Supporting client relationships and service excellence
- Driving technical improvements and identifying opportunities for additional works
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Technical Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, or Lead Engineer role
- Strong electrical or mechanical building services background
- Previous FM and multi-site experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence
