Are you an organised, proactive administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional service? CBRE’s Events Team is looking for an Events Administrator to join our dynamic and fast‑paced environment, supporting event operations, client services, and administrative processes that keep our service delivery running smoothly.

About the Role

As an Events Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both our team and our clients through vital administrative tasks. You’ll act as a first point of contact, providing professional support via phone, email, and in person. Working closely with operational teams, office staff, and supply chain partners, you’ll help ensure that every event is delivered to the highest standard. This role reports directly to the Account Co‑Ordinate and includes involvement in staff record management, supplier administration, processing work orders and purchase orders, and extracting data through client systems. You will also support front-of-house services during event build periods, so some flexibility and occasional overtime will be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, professional support to clients and internal teams
  • Process quotations, work orders, and purchase orders accurately
  • Support supply chain administration from onboarding through to invoicing
  • Maintain QHSE documentation and ensure it is accessible through internal systems
  • Promote CBRE culture, values, and standards across all teams
  • Carry out additional duties as requested by management

Service Desk Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for customer requests, ensuring accurate triage and timely updates
  • Allocate tasks to operational teams and monitor progress
  • Maintain clear communication between clients, service delivery teams, and account managers
  • Support the smooth running of reactive maintenance and event‑related tasks

About You

Experience & Skills

  • Previous client‑facing experience is essential
  • Experience within the events or exhibition industry is desirable
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of CAD plans is an advantage
