As the CBRE EMEA Workplace Experience Program Manager, you will bring passionate commitment to creating extraordinary experiences that matter in colleagues\’ daily work lives. This role focuses on building strong relationships with General Managers across the region, providing strategic guidance on onsite delivery performance, and telling the compelling story behind our workplace experience initiatives. Your passion for creating frictionless experiences will drive meaningful impact across our four pillars of workplace experience. You will serve as the bridge between global standards and local needs, ensuring that every interaction, space, and moment reflects our extraordinary commitment to colleague satisfaction across EMEA.

What You\’ll Do
Program Partnership & Adoption
- Partner with General Managers across EMEA to drive adoption of Workplace Experience Programs and processes, providing data driven insights around onsite delivery performance
- Develop comprehensive playbooks and SOPs that enable local teams to deliver consistent, extraordinary experiences
- Serve as the regional expert in defining appropriate local adaptations for global programs while maintaining brand consistency
Data & Impact Measurement
- Build and implement tools that capture data demonstrating return on experience through colleague impact and engagement metrics
- Create compelling narratives around program performance that help partners understand the \”why\” behind our initiatives
- Produce regular reports that translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement
Knowledge Management & Best Practices
- Gather, consolidate, and share feedback and best practices from local workplace experience teams to inform global strategy
- Facilitate knowledge transfer across sites to elevate the overall quality of experience delivery
- Identify and scale successful local innovations that could benefit the broader region
Strategic Event & Communication Planning
- Collaborate with local teams to strategize colleague engagement events, activations, and communications that create memorable moments
- Ensure events and communications align with both global brand standards and local cultural preferences
- Measure and optimize the impact of engagement initiatives on colleague satisfaction and community building
