This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of both hard and soft FM services across a diverse retail portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer experiences, and strong commercial performance. What You'll Be Doing As Service Manager, you'll take ownership of service delivery across multiple locations, building strong relationships with client stakeholders and leading high-performing engineering and operational teams.
