We are recruiting a Project Manager to join the D&T team, reporting to the Director of Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering current project demands, ensuring CBRE D&T teams can deliver, tracking and reporting demand in line with best practices to manage project governance and administration.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, proactive, and efficient project leadership, maintaining systems and processes for effective project delivery.
- Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments, maintaining:
- SDLC, Real Estate, or Facilities Management experience.
- CMMS exposure.
- Detailed project communications.
- Project governance.
- Early life support.
- Project closure.
- Maintain project reporting.
- Manage project financials.
- Strong experience in IT project management (minimum 7 years).
- End-to-end software delivery project management experience.
- Excellent data and reporting skills.
- Ability to provide assured program governance across multiple projects.
- A self-starter, capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering to senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience in transition and mobilization of contracts and systems.
- Commercial real estate or facilities management experience is preferred.
