CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking an Extra Works Project Manager based in Moorgate, London. You will plan and deliver small extra works and Opex projects across the UK&I client account, supporting day-2 works at client sites alongside FM and forward capital planning.
You will apply strong MEP knowledge, own project P&L on an open-book basis, and collaborate with CBRE and client stakeholders to deliver safe, compliant, and on-budget outcomes.
