Exciting Opportunity: We're seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Project Account Director for our Global Workplace Solutions team in London. This role will focus on one of our most prominent Financial and Professional Services accounts - a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of facilities and corporate real estate management!

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Growth: Expand our UK base into a profitable EMEA Principal Contracting and MAC business by delivering cutting-edge M&E lifecycle projects and fit-out opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop CAPEX plans and budgets tailored for EMEA markets while crafting innovative sourcing strategies that ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Build Your Team: Recruit top talent to support your growth strategy, ensuring strong succession plans are in place.
  • Revenue Generation: Take charge of generating a robust sales pipeline that brings substantial revenue across EMEA.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Manage all Project/FM leads, providing expert advice to enhance client compliance during the tender or RFP phases.
  • Quality Assurance: Work hand-in-hand with procurement teams to engage high-quality trade contractors while utilizing WCS agreements.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • On-Time Delivery: Ensure every project is executed within agreed deadlines and financial parameters.
  • Maximize Profits: Increase margins through negotiation skills - achieve cost reductions and optimal subcontractor agreements.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate reporting with a goal of achieving over 85% KPI scores monthly.
  • ESG Development: Lead initiatives focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance solutions throughout the account portfolio.
