We are recruiting a Lead Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Warrington!
The Role:
- Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available using CBRE systems such as eLogbooks, Hazard Reports, training & competency records, PPE, and toolbox talks.
- Be the escalation point for our team & support training of new staff.
- Responsible for the commercial support on the contract through to final account.
- Collate and present portfolio reviews.
- Process timesheets and expenses weekly.
- Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, and Extra Works within contracted SLAs.
- Create/raise Extra Works jobs.
- Create accurate Purchase Orders promptly.
- Review and process supplier invoices regularly.
- Raise sales invoices (complete billing) in line with company deadlines at the correct margin.
- Run and review Profit & Loss reports monthly and influence P&L results.
- Complete month-end reports for the finance manager.
