Facilities Coordinator – Aberdeen (3 month FTC) at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate FM activities across client sites in Aberdeen or Montrose
  • Partner with FM Operations, Engineering Service and 3rd Party suppliers to deliver contractual service excellence
  • Monitor and support 3rd Party maintenance supplier activities, reporting corrective works
  • Champion behavioural Health and Safety culture, complying with HSE requirements
  • Record and report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies in logbooks and SharePoint
  • Ensure contractors operate with appropriate permits and site rules, stopping unsafe work
  • Conduct monthly self‑assessment audits for quarterly contract performance
  • Maintain image and visual standards of sites, owning any issues
  • Support upkeep and maintenance of QHSE logbooks and customer requirements
  • Arrange cover for FM team as defined by line management

Required Experience and Skills

  • 1–3 years in facilities, office management or operations coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, multitasking and responsive to shifting needs
  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Clean driving licence
  • Reliable, conscientious and willing to learn new FM skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and PC skills
  • Self‑motivated, resourceful and able to prioritise workload under pressure
  • Effective communication with all staff levels
