General Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Airtable Coordinator to support digital workflow initiatives within the building automation industry.
This role focuses on developing and maintaining Airtable bases and interfaces, building Power BI dashboards, and automating Excel processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to manage data across multiple systems, including Niagara N4 and Sky Spark, which are critical for optimising operational performance across large-scale facilities.
You will be part of a team driving innovative concepts within the BMS industry, including automation and data-driven solutions that support sustainability and energy efficiency goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Airtable bases, interfaces, and workflows for operational teams.
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting and analytics.
- Automate Excel-based processes, including formulas, macros, and data validation.
- Support API links and integrations between Airtable, Power BI, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems, including BMS-related data sources.
- Document workflows and provide technical support to internal users.
- Learn and apply basic scripting (e. g., Python, Java Script) for automation projects.

Education and Experience
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with data management or workflow tools (e. g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Share Point, or similar platforms).
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, automation).
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power BI or similar).
- Exposure to building automation systems or energy optimisation projects is an advantage.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present information.
