This role is responsible for the operational execution, governance, performance management, and compliance of the client's Health & Performance (H&P) facilities and third-party supplier contracts across EMEA. The role translates the regional H&P strategy into reliable, high-quality, and compliant daily service delivery. We are looking for an action-oriented manager dedicated to process excellence and data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational delivery and quality assurance for third-party Wellbeing service suppliers across a multi-country EMEA portfolio.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Act as the primary operational point of contact, driving efficient issue resolution and process improvement initiatives across all managed sites.
- Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all operational data, metrics, and reporting necessary for internal and client reviews.
- Manage site-level compliance requirements, ensuring all Health, Safety, and Quality (QHSE) documentation and audits are executed and maintained to the required standard.
- Support financial integrity by verifying supplier invoices and tracking operational expenditures against budget allocations.
- Provide necessary operational assistance during major project phases, including the mobilisation of large, new corporate campuses within the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with the Lead to implement new regional service models and optimise existing supply chain partnerships.
Candidate Profile
- Operational Management: Minimum 4+ years of professional experience managing complex, multi-site operational contracts, facilities services, or large-scale corporate programs across the EMEA region.
- Process Excellence: Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce standard operating procedures and best practices in a high-volume, regulated environment.
- Data Driven: Proven capability in collecting, analysing, and presenting quantitative performance data (KPIs/SLAs) to inform operational decisions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of maintaining high-trust relationships with both suppliers and internal teams.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel across the EMEA region as required for site audits and performance reviews.
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English is required.
