Job Description

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Lead Contract Support to join our team in London.\\n \\nPlease note: This is a 6 month Fixed term contract with possibility of extension.\\n \\nAbout the Role:\\n \\nAs a CBRE Lead contract support, you will provide advanced customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account.\\nThis job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.\\n \\nWhat You'll Do:\\n\\nRespond to escalated client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.\\n\\nUnderstand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly.\\n\\nAct as a financial and operational systems client resource.

Assist with efforts to put in place cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and financial savings targets.\\n\\nCreate work orders and assign them to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors as needed. Generate complex reports on open and closed work orders and check status with the appropriate technician or vendor.\\n\\nReview vendor files and check the accuracy of completed paperwork. Train partners on work orders and billing procedures.\\n\\nProcess invoices and ensure accurate cost centre coding.\\n\\nRespond to inquiries on financial reports for Accounts Receivable, Payable, and open POs.\\n\\nAssist with the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract and Business Unit reviews.\\n\\nAttend on-site inspections and log hazards & customer feedback.\\n\\nIdentify and help drive the implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and financial savings targets are maximized.\\n\\nRecognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.\\n\\nEvaluate and select solutions from established options.\\n\\nImpact team through the quality of the services or information provided.\\n\\nFollow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.\\n \\nWhat You'll Need:\\n\\nA Diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.\\n\\nAn established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.\\n\\nRequires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.\\n\\nAbility to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.\\n\\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.\\n\\nStrong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.\\n\\nGeneral math skills.
