We are recruiting a Project Integration Supervisor to join the team located in London.\\n \\nAbout the Role: \\n\\nAs a CBRE Construction Project Management Associate, you will lead the team responsible for administrative tasks related to construction projects. This job is part of the Construction Management function.
They are responsible for ensuring all deliverables of construction projects are completed on time. \\n \\nThis role is a 4 on 4 off Day Shift Pattern.\\nPlease note: The Role title may differ from the advert title.\\n\\nRole Responsibilities: \\n\\nOversee the outreach to all third-party vendors. This includes Electricians, HVAC, Plumbers, etc\\nWork with the Health, Environmental, and Safety teams to create and implement processes throughout the project's lifecycle.\\nEnsure vendors and team members follow company operating procedures.
Alert management of any wrongdoings.\\nCreate complex weekly project status reports and present them to executive management for review.\\nReview receipts of work files, approve reservations, and resolve complex issues.\\nConduct security audits and identify potential risks.\\nGather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.\\nImpact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.\\nSuggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.\\nAdheres to CBRE company definition of data dictionary such as information about data, including name, description, sources of data item, and key words for categorisation and searching for data item descriptions.\\nComplies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.\\nPerforms all duties in a safe manner.\\nFirst point of contact to supervise (in person) all project related works, inspections, or surveys OOO (inc. escorting of vendors delivering works in the building)\\nConduct isolations.\\nConduct walk-rounds of project areas to identify potential problems and snags.\\nPermit processing\\nFirst approval of RAMs\\nHealth and Safety inspections in non-demised areas\\nArrange engineering attendance.\\nEnsure all handover documentation is in place.\\nGain quotes for works off third party vendors.\\n \\nRole Requirements:\\n\\nElectrical qualifications\\n6 years building services experience.\\nKnowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry\\nPractical experience in working with supply partners to deliver a seamless, integrated service.\\nCustomer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levels.\\nService orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking.\\nA comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.\\nAbility to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.\\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
