Job Description
They will coordinate the FM requirements as required and will arrange and supervise Services Contractors as required.\\n \\nResponsibilities: \\n\\nAssist in employee moves, coordinating with movers, vendors, and internal/external staff.\\n\\nPlan and organize internal and building-to-building moves.\\n\\nInitiate purchase orders and manage invoicing and expenses within budget.\\n\\nManage facilities staff and ensure continuous service.\\n\\nResolve issues with staff/building engineers and vendors.\\n\\nRespond to client requests and resolve concerns.\\n\\nServe as primary contact for maintenance requests and manage work orders.\\n\\nSchedule repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors.\\n\\nPerform property inspections and tours including workspace sweeps for repairs or upgrades.\\n\\nEnsure furniture is functional and conforms to standards; monitor and audit installations.\\n\\nAssist in vendor negotiations and monitor performance.\\n\\nCoordinate maintenance programs and safety programs.\\n\\nCommunicate with landlords/managing agents regarding property conditions.\\n\\nCreate reports and analyze data related to property objectives.\\n\\nOversee maintenance/repair assignments by technicians, vendors, and contractors.\\n\\nRespond to client inquiries and ensure quality service delivery.\\n\\nAssist in operating and capital budget preparation.\\n\\nManage vendor relationships and train vendors on procedures.\\n\\nProcess invoices and ensure proper cost centre coding.\\n\\nAssist in reviewing financial reports and explaining variances.\\n\\nUse PC/PDA for work order system, email, and training.\\n\\nAcknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.\\n\\nCollect performance and progress reports.\\n\\nFile work orders, proposals, and vendor paperwork.\\n\\nFollow instructions and respond to inquiries or complaints.\\n\\nUse existing procedures to solve problems with limited discretion.\\n\\nDeliver output by following defined procedures under supervision.\\n\\nOther duties as assigned\\n \\nKey Personal Requirements: \\n\\nBackground in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) and contracts.\\n\\nDegree, trade, or relevant experience plus High School Diploma or GED.\\n\\nBasic understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Services.\\n\\nExcellent communication and client relationship skills.\\n\\nStrong financial understanding.\\n\\nAbility to supervise commercial relationships and address poor performance.\\n\\nCapable of resolving contentious situations.\\n\\nStrong numerical, verbal, and written reporting skills.\\n\\nCompetency with spreadsheets, Outlook, Word, and other office software.\\n\\nUnderstanding of FM discipline, contract, Health and Safety legislation, and green issues.\\n\\nWillingness to be hands-on and travel to other CBRE sites.\\n\\nAbility to follow basic work routines and standards.\\n\\nStrong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.\\n\\nBasic math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups.\\nCharacter:\\n\\nCommitted to the delivery of excellent customer service.\\n\\nCalm manner, able to work under pressure.\\n\\nSelf-motivated, ability to work on own initiative.\\n\\nPunctual and reliable.\\n\\nGood attention to detail.\\n\\nA team player, able to work with CBRE and client's staff at all levels.\\n \\nCircumstances: \\n\\nFlexible working patterns to support business needs.\\n\\nWillingness to learn and benefit from training programs.\\n\\nWork with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement procedures and reporting\\n\\nThe ability to learn quickly and to gain maximum benefit from extensive training and development programs aimed at ensuring that any identified knowledge or experience deficiencies are addressed in the short term.\\n \\nWhy CBRE\\n \\nWhen you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
