Job Description
Perform new installations of equipment.\\n \\n · Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.\\n \\n · Assure that equipment is being maintained and operated in a safe manner.\\n \\n · Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.\\n \\n · Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.\\n \\n · Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.\\n \\n · Have a broad knowledge of job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.\\n \\n · Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.\\n \\n · Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.\\n \\n · Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.\\n \\n · Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.\\n\\nWhat You'll Need: \\n\\n· High School Diploma, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred. \\n \\n · Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.\\n \\n · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.\\n \\n · Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.\\n \\n · Ability to analyze using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.\\n \\n · Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.\\n \\n · Advanced math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.
