Job Description

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Electrical Engineer \\n \\nTo effectively supervise the day-to-day operation of the AkzoNobel Sites and to ensure that compliance with standards is adhered to at all times (mandatory and statutory), to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the contract's hard services. This role will be Slough based but may be a need to travel to alternative sites running all of the reactive, planned and compliance tasks \\n \\nResponsibilities and daily activities:\\n \\n· Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites M&E Plant and Equipment and Services.\\n\\n· Organise and assist in reactive repairs to the sites systems.\\n\\n· Prioritising Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks for yourself, ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved.\\n\\n· Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.\\n\\n· Attend CBRE courses when required\\n\\n· Operational day to day requirements from client\\n\\n· Carry out monthly Emergency Light Tests \\n\\n· Escorting Contractors when Required.
