Cboe Europe is actively seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic and operational lead for Institutional European marketing, ensuring alignment between global marketing priorities and regional execution. This role partners closely with product marketing, brand, communications, and regional sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive business objectives and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of contact for Institutional European marketing, coordinating priorities across product marketing, brand, communications, and regional sales.
  • Translate global institutional marketing strategy into localized European marketing plans and priorities, ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Facilitate alignment between regional sales leaders and global marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution and messaging.
  • Oversee planning and coordination of regional marketing initiatives across equities, derivatives, data, indices, listings, and clearing.
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to campaign development and execution led by the Senior Marketing Specialist.
  • Ensure European marketing initiatives adhere to global brand, messaging, and compliance standards.
  • Partner with marketing technology teams to ensure accurate measurement, reporting, and optimization of regional KPIs.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships at a regional level, ensuring efficient use of resources and budget.
  • Serve as escalation point for prioritization, resourcing, and execution challenges within the region.
  • Support regional events, sponsorships, and partner initiatives from a planning and oversight perspective.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Head of Institutional Product Marketing on regional performance, insights, and opportunities.
  • Identify gaps, efficiencies, and opportunities to improve European marketing operations and impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous relevant work experience required, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex subject matter into easily understood marketing and educational materials.
  • Experience with email marketing automation services, in particular Salesforce and Pardot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Organisational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategy and platforms.
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills.
