Cboe Europe is seeking an experienced Outsourcing and Third Party Risk Management Lead to oversee the lifecycle of third-party and ICT outsourcing within a global Infrastructure team, from onboarding to exit.
You will coordinate with Technology, Operations, Procurement, Legal, Compliance and Audit to implement DORA requirements and FCA PS26/2 reporting, strengthening trading service resilience across the UK and EU. The role uses AI-driven automation for due diligence and regulatory reporting.
