Job Responsibilities
- Technical Auditing & Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits of equipment, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Assess the effectiveness of maintenance practices, operational procedures, and quality management systems.
- Identify non-conformities, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
- Verify adherence to engineering, safety, and operational standards across projects.
- Review NDT, CBM, and other inspection reports to validate accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure proper calibration and functionality of testing and inspection equipment.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including observations, findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans.
- Maintain accurate records for internal and client audits.
- Communicate critical audit results to management and project teams.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all auditing activities comply with HSE protocols, NEBOSH standards, and regulatory requirements.
