The Marketing Officer/Senior Marketing Officer (Retention) at CBM UK is an important role in making our life-changing work possible. Advertised at Officer or Senior Officer level (subject to experience), the role delivers direct and digital fundraising appeals to existing individual supporters, high value donors, and churches to drive donations and grow awareness, through creative and impactful fundraising communications.
Key responsibilities:
- The position holder is responsible for developing fundraising campaigns for individual supporter audiences.
- Supporting the development of the annual public fundraising plan.
- Building supporter journeys and testing new channels and messages.
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing and across the Fundraising Communications team.
- Planning and delivering a significant marketing programme.
- Cultivation appeals (60%): Deliver regular and inspiring off-line direct marketing campaigns to existing supporters on time and within budget.
- The role holder will plan, co-ordinate and prepare fundraising appeals, which involves creating briefs, working alongside freelance copywriters and designers.
