SEN Teacher - Make Every Lesson Count with Excell Supply
Start: ASAP | Contract: Flexible supply (you control the diary) | Pay: £130-£190 per day

A day in the life:
- Deliver differentiated, high-quality lessons that meet the varied needs of your students
- Support pupils with EHCPs and additional needs in specialist or mainstream settings
- Use a range of strategies and resources to promote engagement, communication, and progress
- Work closely with support staff (TAs and therapists) to deliver consistent, holistic care
- Prioritise wellbeing, behaviour support, and clear routines
- Maintain records and work closely with SENCOs and wider teams to provide continuity
What you'll bring:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - including Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
- Experience teaching pupils with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, etc.)
- A calm, patient and creative teaching approach that adapts to every individual
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and inclusive teaching techniques
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - or willingness to apply
- Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
