Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups and key stages as required
- Evidence-based teaching with a focus on phonics, numeracy (including fractions), and literacy
- Maintain a calm, nurturing classroom environment with strong safeguarding practices
- Adapt activities to suit timetable changes and different learning needs
- Contribute to a positive school culture and manage day-to-day classroom responsibilities
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – including Early Career Teachers (ECTs/NQTs)
- Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements count)
- A genuine love of teaching and learning
- A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Adaptability and a sense of humour
