Excell Supply are currently recruiting a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to support secondary schools in Oswestry and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident practitioner seeking flexible supply work, a long-term placement, or the chance to gain experience across a variety of school environments.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous but not essential)
- Plan, prepare and assess in line with the national curriculum where required
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour and learning
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and expectations
- Track progress and provide constructive feedback to support pupil development
- Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures, and behaviour systems
We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Geography in a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management
- A flexible, reliable and professional approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
