Requirements
- A degree in any subject (your academic anchor).
- Solid experience with young people—school, coaching, tutoring or youth work counts.
- Behaviour-management confidence: firm, consistent, and hard to faze.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or youre happy for us to arrange one).
- Clear, professional communication and the poise to step in at short notice.
