KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as focal point for Client queries, (internal and external interfaces).
  • Plan, resource and execute work to achieve business deliverables.
  • Build and maintain Hub team and client relationships.
  • Assist with strategic hiring, understanding both the market and core business requirements from workforce planning to improve recruitment performance measures.
  • Sourcing of ad-hoc Personnel in line with the BMS ad-hoc Resourcing Process.
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to deliver their recruitment needs – current and future.
  • Ensure Personnel meet client matrix requirements.
  • Conduct worker and limited company checks including certification, right to work, company insurance and other supporting documentation.
  • Understand KPIs and contribute to the recruitment team’s performance metrics such as time to fill, source of hire and other recruitment related KPIs.
  • Contributing to resource planning, including the design and implementation of bespoke recruitment campaigns.
  • Co-ordinate with administrators, mobilizations for staff in line with company processes.
  • Engage with offshore employees and site management team regarding any enquiries, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Update and maintain all required company systems i.e. Power BI, Portal, RDB, Taleo etc.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports to Team Leader on operational activity.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Deployment Hub team processes and procedures.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Obtain and evaluate feedback (past lessons learned/operations feedback).
  • Liaise with coordinators to ensure suitable absence cover can be sourced.
  • Monthly reporting for functional support.
  • Ensure hub deployment is in compliance with contract KPIs.
  • Participate in Deployment Hub Operations on call team.
  • Encourage and consolidate a team-based approach within the Deployment Hub.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Good secondary/tertiary education.
  • Familiar with and understand the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Effective decision making, planning and resource management.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work as a team member and liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
  • 2 years practical experience in a recruitment or operations-based role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Contractor personnel resourcing experience preferable.
  • Understanding of off payroll IR35 legislation.
  • Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint.
