JOB TITLE: ARL Recruiter Build and maintain Hub team and client relationships. Assist with strategic hiring, understanding both the market and core business requirements from workforce planning to improve recruitment performance measures. Sourcing of ad-hoc Personnel in line with the BMS ad-hoc Resourcing Process. Work closely with the hiring managers to deliver their recruitment needs – current and future. Understand KPIs and contribute to the recruitment team’s performance metrics such as time to fill, source of hire and other recruitment related KPIs. Contributing to resource planning, including the design and implementation of bespoke recruitment campaigns. Engage with offshore employees and site management team regarding any enquiries, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Power BI, Portal, RDB, Taleo etc. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Deployment Hub team processes and procedures. Comply with regulatory requirements. Ensure hub deployment is in compliance with contract KPIs. Participate in Deployment Hub Operations on call team. Encourage and consolidate a team-based approach within the Deployment Hub. Familiar with and understand the company Health, Safety and Environmental Policies. ~ Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, including coaching and mentoring. ~ Effective decision making, planning and resource management. ~ 2 years practical experience in a recruitment or operations-based role, preferably in the oil and gas industry. ~ Contractor personnel resourcing experience preferable. ~ Understanding of off payroll IR35 legislation. ~ Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint.
