Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day:
- Regular social activities with the team
- Monthly clinical training on topics chosen by our team. The training is facilitated by our Learning and Development team and/or external specialists. Examples of training topics offered this year: Long COVID, traumatic brain injury, motivational interviewing in mental health
- Networking with senior clinicians.
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to clients
- Apply clinical expertise and professional competence in the assessment, intervention, consultation, case management, discharge planning, education, and follow-up of clients
- Excel in a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team environment
- Exhibit sound professional judgment
What you need to be successful:
- 1-3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is an asset
- A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Passion for your profession and commitment to ongoing professional development
- Experience with return to work and interdisciplinary care
- Experience with chronic pain and concussion an asset
- New graduates are welcome to apply
