The predicted salary is between 68000 - 84000 £ per year.

Base pay range £80,000 to £100,000 per annum plus up to 50% bonus, car, good pension and private healthcare.

The Roles:

  • Working closely with the field sales team to provide sales management and coaching to support their personal growth and improve their sales achievements.
  • Devising and delivering individual sales coaching and training plans for underperforming team members to maximise the potential of future success.
  • Conducting joint customer visits and providing structured feedback to reinforce best practices and identify areas of improvement and development.
  • Supporting the sales team members in cultivating long term profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Working with other departments such as risk and operations to enhance the quality and efficiency of the sales process.
  • Assisting, guiding and refining the new business development activities of the sales team.

The Candidate:

  • MUST have proven sales leadership / sales management experience, gained in the UK asset finance / leasing industry. Sales management experience in other areas of business finance might be considered.
  • Must have strong presentation and negotiation skills and be able to inspire and lead a team of less experienced sales professionals.
  • Must have experience in sales training and coaching.
