The role is responsible for making warm outbound calls to existing business customers in order to build and maintain lasting relationships and to identify new opportunities, which would be passed onto the field sales team. You will promote the range of services and products offered by the business, building a pipeline of contacts, and managing these contacts in terms of diarising call backs/keep in touch calls throughout the year.
