The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 £ per year.
Base pay range £80,000 to £100,000 per annum plus up to 50% bonus, car, good pension and private healthcare.
The Roles
- Working closely with the field sales team to provide sales management and coaching to support their personal growth and improve their sales achievements.
- Devising and delivering individual sales coaching and training plans for underperforming team members to maximise the potential of future success.
- Conducting joint customer visits and providing structured feedback to reinforce best practices and identify areas of improvement and development.
- Supporting the sales team members in cultivating long term profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
- Working with other departments such as risk and operations to enhance the quality and efficiency of the sales process.
- Assisting, guiding and refining the new business development activities of the sales team.
The Candidate MUST
- Have proven sales leadership / sales management experience, gained in the UK asset finance / leasing industry. Sales management experience in other areas of business finance might be considered.
- Have strong presentation and negotiation skills and be able to inspire and lead a team of less experienced sales professionals.
- Have experience in sales training and coaching.
