Our client is the specialist business lending division of a highly respected UK bank. They are growing their collections function and are looking for a customer support and collections specialist in East Kilbride. The role is responsible for business to business collections – from early arrears to pre-litigation, identifying vulnerable customers and finding solutions that work for both the customer and the bank.
We are keen to speak to candidates with collections experience – ideally within the financial services/lending space, but will also consider similar experience from wider industries too. You will be well organised with excellent communication skills, the ability to have robust conversations where appropriate, and able to work well as part of a dynamic team.
The role is hybrid after probation with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
