We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Executive to work for a large and very successful financial services business. This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days based in the Slough office.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders within the asset finance industry.
The role will include:
- Liaising with internal and external customers by telephone, letter and email response
- Responding quickly and efficiently in a timely manner
- Keeping record up to date
- Working closely with the operational teams
- Pro-actively supporting team members and delivering outstanding customer service
We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service ideally in financial services but this is not essential.
