Our client is a well respected and national organisation affiliated to finance brokers and related professionals within the commercial finance industry.

Due to growth they are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager.

The primary purpose of the Compliance position is to strengthen the compliance function and support in maintaining high professional and regulatory standards.

The role will focus on supporting day-to-day compliance operations, particularly in relation to technical and regulatory matters.

The Compliance position will provide practical and proportionate compliance guidance.

The role will also contribute to the wider compliance agenda established by the Head of Compliance and Assurance and support the delivery of regulatory training and education strategy.

It is essential that you have experience of working in a commercial lending Broker environment – from Property, Asset, Invoice or Business loan lending.
