Collections Account Manager
Surrey (hybrid)
To £40,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits
Our client is a fast growing asset finance company who specialise in the provision of Asset Finance.
They are looking to expand their team due to growth so are looking for a Collections Account Manager.
The successful candidate will support the recovery of debts and assets by liaising with external Solicitors and a Debt Collection Agency and legally representing our client.
You will gather case evidence and documentation by reviewing customer contracts and activity to date, to establish a timeline of events, and generate legal files. You will also understand contractual and legal FCA regulations and apply this in your day to day work.
The successful candidate will contact customers to inform them of their overdue payments and organise payment of outstanding monies.
