Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to run their teams covering Payouts, Customer Service and Proposals. The successful Operations Manager will have a proven track record of running a team within Asset Finance. Responsibilities will include; * Produce and implement training plans and personal objectives for the team, including completion of appraisals and one-2-one reviews * Manage, maintain and build the relationships with internal and external customers enhancing and developing relationships * Manage relevant operational risk associated with the operation of the IT system and the in-life activity of customer accounts * Provide guidance regarding the IT System and related operational issues * Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures * Working with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that IT system requirements remain fit for purpose and will continue to support the ongoing grow of the customer base * Working with a “right first time” and continuous improvement ethos This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic business.
