Our client is an established provider of structured finance, asset finance and asset-based lending facilities into the UK SME community.
With continuing success and expansion it is keen to appoint an experienced, high profile business development manager to create new lending opportunities.
The Role
- Generating new structured finance / wholesale finance opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with non‑bank lenders, corporates and finance companies.
- Negotiating, structuring and packaging complex lending facilities at board level.
- Assessing financial information and writing credit reports for submission for underwriting.
- Managing and developing an existing base of customers and introductory sources.
The Candidate
- A proven sales professional with experience in structured finance, wholesale finance, larger value asset finance or invoice finance / asset‑based lending.
- Strong credit analysis skills and able to write credit applications for submission for underwriting.
- Able to negotiate and win finance facilities at board level.
