Position Details

• Title: Business Development Managers – Asset Finance
• Salary: £70,000 to £100,000 per annum plus bonus, pension, healthcare, car/allowance
• Location: UK asset finance sector
• Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
• Employment type: Full-time
• Job functions: Business Development, Sales, and General Business
• Industry: Banking and Financial Services

The roles include:

• Bank-introduced asset finance
• Broker management and development
• Dealer / manufacturer development and management
• Small to middle ticket opportunities, typically industrial assets including commercial vehicles, construction plant, engineering, agriculture etc.

The requirements:

• Experience in asset finance sales is ESSENTIAL- could be with a funder or broker
• Business development and relationship management skills
• An understanding of credit risk / financial analysis is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work from home or on a hybrid basis
• Target orientated
