Asset Remarketing Administrator Southampton £32,000 to £35,000 plus fantastic bonus and benefits Our client is the subsidiary of a niche banking group and specialises in the provision of Invoice Finance and Asset Finance. Due to growth they are looking for an Asset Remarketing Administrator. Working in a fast-paced, highly motivated team, your daily activity will focus on a combination of assisting the team in respect of valuations and remarketing activity. This will include instructing and chasing external valuers. You will keep up to date records on instructions to external agents involved in the recovery of assets to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner. You will assist the Asset Managers when they are remote to ensure records are kept up to date an accurate so other team members can use of lease administration system to know the current position on any recovery case.
