Area Sales Manager – Asset Finance

Our client is a highly respected provider of SME asset finance in the UK, known for their commitment to helping businesses thrive by providing flexible financing solutions. With a strong track record and a reputation for excellence, they are looking to expand the team in the South East.

As an Asset Finance Area Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of further growing the company presence in the manufacturing sector. Your primary responsibility will be to target and acquire new SME customers, helping them secure the financing they need to grow and succeed. You will be a vital part of the team, driving business development and contributing to continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new SME customers within the manufacturing sector.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand the unique financing needs of customers and provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient financing processes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in asset finance sales is required (or experience of sales within the UK manufacturing space)
• Knowledge of credit/reading accounting information
• A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
