Our client is the financial services division of an international equipment manufacturer, and a highly respected brand in the market.
They are recruiting for an experienced risk/recoveries manager to have day to day responsibility for the company’s default and recoveries activities. You will manage arrears, default, forbearance, termination of agreements, recovery of assets and bad debt. In addition you will have a team of 2 field based collectors.
The successful candidate will have experience in a credit management role, ideally within the asset finance sector, to include a knowledge of consumer credit act regulation (essential), KYC, TCF and consumer duty. You will have excellent communication skills, excellent attention to detail and ideally experience in senior/managerial roles.
The role is based at the UK head office based near Uttoxeter – with the working pattern being 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
