We have 2 rare opportunities for a highly respected name in the hard asset finance market for experienced Sales Managers, who can demonstrate experience and success leading teams within the construction and/or transportation sectors.
The role is responsible for delivering sustainable growth, overseeing team performance, developing strong dealer/vendor partnerships, ensuring deals are profitable and compliant.
We are looking for candidates with proven team management experience gained within the asset finance sector – who have had exposure to the construction/transportation sectors. You will have well established credit skills, the ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
Location is flexible, but there will be time required in Head office each week – which is South East based.
