They have an exciting role within the Yorkshire area for a Regional Sales Manager to join their construction/recycling sales team.
The role will be responsible for managing an existing base of customers within the sector, in addition to growing the region through identification and acquisition of new customer relationships. You will also have responsibility for the day to day management and development of a team of 2 sales people, coaching and mentoring to ensure they achieve their objectives.
You will be an effective negotiator, able to build relationships at all levels, and able to structure and package new business transactions for credit. In addition, you will have the ability to motivate and drive your team to achieve success.
We are keen to speak to candidates with asset finance experience – you may have experience of coaching and developing a small team, or be ready to take that next step up in your career.
