Our client is a large European automotive financial services business, operating across 35 countries, and partnering with a number of automotive manufacturers.
They are growing significantly, particularly within their contract hire division and are now looking for a product manager to join the team based out of Reading.
Key responsibilities include
- Processing pricing enquiries for contract hire opportunities
- Development and implementation of multi-brand contract hire offers
- Benchmark direct and indirect competitor fleet products and services, making proactive recommendations to combat activity
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of contract hire campaigns, report findings and make recommendations to improve ongoing performance
- Key stakeholder management to include procurement, residual value managers, fleet operations managers and the sales & marketing team.
The successful candidate will have 2+ years experience gained in a contract hire/motor finance role, ideally within a marketing/pricing/product development capacity. An understanding of contract hire is key, along with the ability to think creatively and provide new solutions to the business. You will be highly motivated, proactive with strong communication skills.
