Operations Executive
Location: London (hybrid working)
Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our client is an award-winning bank providing a broad range of products to their customers. Well established and based in central London, they are looking to recruit an Operations Executive to join their growing team.
The successful Operations Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support of live agreements and general administrative Customer Services and In-life Operations duties.
You will also be responsible for administrative support for the broker management process including onboarding and regular reviews.
The successful Operations Executive will:
- Provide all customers with a welcome pack to UTB following the onboarding process.
- Ensure all AF contracts are scanned.
- Provide administrative support within the Customer Services team including calculating settlement figures, dealing with customer enquiries, and updating customer details.
- Perform bank reconciliations and post receipts correctly to the appropriate agreement.
- Ensure that all end of lease activity is performed accurately.
- Ensure all Key controls are adhered to including working within the current signature list, clear desk policy, completing compliance training within deadlines, and logging customer complaints.
- Challenge the relevance of established business practices and display a solutions-focused attitude to all problems faced.
- Ensure all welcome packs are completed and mailed within 2 weeks of receipt of activation of agreement.
- General file maintenance and updating Banks accounting system and information databases to enable the production of good quality management information and reporting.
- Assist the operations team with any administrative support as required.
