We are working with an established SME asset finance provider, who are growing their field based sales team with the appointment of 2 Area Sales Managers/Business Development Managers.

Roles are based in East Anglia, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire & Essex areas.

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing new SME customers across a range of industry sectors, to include commercial vehicles, construction & recycling manufacturing and engineering and also softer assets in order to maximise lending opportunities.

We are looking for candidates who have proven new business development experience gained within either asset finance sales (broker or direct lender), or from capital equipment sales eg commercial vehicle sales, construction equipment sales, vehicle rental etc.

This is a home based, field based role requiring a high degree of self motivation, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Earnings potential is significant and uncapped for high achievers.
