Collections Officer
London (hybrid β one or two days a week in the office)
Β£38,000 to Β£42,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our client is an award winning provider of asset finance offering a broad range of products to their customers. Well established and based in central London they are looking to recruit a Collections Officer within their Asset Finance team.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage daily returned payments to reduce and prevent customer debt
- Have the ability to effectively manage busy workflow and identify key objectives
- Assist in monitoring of the performance of the portfolio of over 6,500 live accounts
- Close liaison with any professional advisers/brokers/valuers/recovery agents
- Support Collections Manager in all collections activities within company policy guidelines and as directed by Senior Manager
- Ensure customers are treated fairly and FCA regulations are adhered to
Qualifications
- Previous arrears or collections experience is essential
- Excellent customer service skills
