Collections Manager London – one day a week To £55,000 plus bonus and benefits
Our client is an award winning and rapidly growing business looking for a Collections Manager to cover an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. I am looking for a motivated individual – Collections Management experience is essential. The successful candidate will have good initiative, be willing to learn and work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls daily
- Send emails daily
- Chase customers for outstanding balances
- Work closely with other teams
- Report into Head of Collections
- Provide reporting to Head of Collections
- Manage the Collections Team day to day
- Monthly reviews (1-2-1’s)
- Monthly Quality assurance
- Assisting with high end cases and litigation
- Recovery cases alongside Head of Collections
- Ensuring process documents are up to date
- Keeping shared monthly reporting sheets accurate
