Collections Manager London – one day a week To £55,000 plus bonus and benefits

Our client is an award winning and rapidly growing business looking for a Collections Manager to cover an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. I am looking for a motivated individual – Collections Management experience is essential. The successful candidate will have good initiative, be willing to learn and work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.

Responsibilities:

  • Make phone calls daily
  • Send emails daily
  • Chase customers for outstanding balances
  • Work closely with other teams
  • Report into Head of Collections
  • Provide reporting to Head of Collections
  • Manage the Collections Team day to day
  • Monthly reviews (1-2-1’s)
  • Monthly Quality assurance
  • Assisting with high end cases and litigation
  • Recovery cases alongside Head of Collections
  • Ensuring process documents are up to date
  • Keeping shared monthly reporting sheets accurate
